Already astronaut Jerry Ross was here to prepare things for them, and as we waited for the T-38s to arrive, I was able to interview him for "The Space Show." By now, at 5:30 pm, the sky had hazy cloud that the westering sun struggled to shine through. The recording suffered a little from wind ruffle caused by Florida’s famous strong afternoon sea breeze.
